Mustard

This is all that is left of the road to Bamian in the middle of the country due to floods. The road rand thru the middle of the the picture
Part of a stash that was taken at a check point. The guns were in the wheel wells of the vehicle. the driver, passenger and car was taken into custody. The armor peircing bullets were brand new still in the plastic, not a good sign.

These are used for crowd control. NOTE the barrel is only 14 inches long, it is a real crowd pleaser, but about busts your hands when you shoot it. made by Moseberg

The new police are being armed with AK style weapons from Hungry like this AMD-65. Alot of other countries have donated wpns to the country so you have to be on your toes when you see them. Most want to see if you know about their gun and if you can shoot it as well as they can.

THis is the prison garden. The prisoners are not allowed much but are given the opportunity to grow some of their food.
THis is the prison cafeteria, its just like McDonalds and Burger King cept you have to just like rice and not like it your own way cause thats not going to happen. There are no appeals and lawsuites about the food or clothing or accomidations, they can be worse and you dont want to see the worse.

THis is where the prisoners can meet with their family members and still stay in prison.

The Prison is over 100 years old. THis corner fell down this past winter, but no one dared escape. The guards are armed with Ak-47's and they wont hesitate.

THis is another distric Headquarters, the kids came around and we talked about not throwing rocks or rushing the vehicles, as its a good way to get shot. They had homemade sling shots (fork stick and everything). They were in school trying to learn how to write earlier that day.

Wow...nice shots of the weapons. The AMD and Mossberg are especially interesting. I hope you don't have to do much "crowd pleasing" of your own anytime soon!
